Try this “Get Happy” strategy

By nature, I am prone to anxiety. It runs in my family, so it is probably a genetic predisposition as well as learned behavior.

Our current world situation certainly does little to help us keep our anxiety under control.

If we do not find ways to outfox it, anxiety is debilitating.

We worry and worry and get little else done.
