A Chinese school district decides to turn around current reversal of traditional gender roles by making the boys “real men.” They say the girls are becoming wilder and wilder, so they must turn the boys into rough
and tumble males.
I wonder what they have in mind to re-sissify
the girls.
May be gender equality would
be a better way.
I’d hope we could move away from strict notions of gender and a big divide bet
ween females and males.
