Jigsaw, the pig, escapes hog farm and goes to sanctuary

Jigsaw escaped from a notoriously awful hog farm when he was just a baby. He ran away and was found by a kind person who took him to the Idaho Humane Society where they treated him for malnourishment and pneumonia. There he learned to love humans and to get along with all kinds of animals. He even learned to “sit.” But he was growing larger every day, and soon it was time for him to find a more permanent place to live.

That’s when he made the long trip to Sanctuary One in Oregon with the help of two very dedicated humane society volunteers. Along with our other rescued pigs Lisa and Lulu, our “three little pigs” teach people just how wonderful, loving and intelligent pigs are.

Take a look.
